Curly Koa is outstandingly beautiful, but non-curly Koa is way down on the pretty wood list. I looked at that ad, and was underwhelmed with what I saw there. I would go a different route, and look for individual or small groups of stunning curly Koa. I have a bit of experience with this wood , having lived the better part of 40 years in Hawaii, and made a living building custom Koa furniture and pens from this exquisite wood.
