Knife Block with Knives

Back in late December I posted on this site some Chefs knives I'd made for my wife some time back. Well the knives are finished and I needed a place to store them. So...I contacted my good friend Chuck, @Dalecamino, and asked him if he'd ever made a knife block. He hadn't but sent a very nice YouTube video of how to make one. The wood for this block is Walnut Crotch (Black Walnut and English Walnut graft site) that I got from a guy in Stockton CA. He's since passed but I had one more nice piece that I could use and have some left over. So here it is. Walnut knife block with knives (the handles are also English Walnut) The finish is Teak Oil with WOP as the top coating. Now on to Steak knives for her. She has them all picked out for me.
