Is there a tutorial or video I can buy the will walk me through making a kit less pen and let me know what tools and supplies I will need?

I see all of these beautiful kit less pens and I am chomping at the bit to try one!

There's a FREE tutorial in the Library in the PEN category by Texatdurango titled "Another way of making a pen" Turning tools and finishing supplies are all you need.

The beautiful thing about kitless is there are no rules and no definitive anything. If you want to make a great big pen or if you want to make a miniature you can. When you start talking about specific tools you kind of lean back towards the restrictions and regiment of a kit pen. Of course you will need tap and dies, but you do not need to work with a specific size. Many of your tools will be specified by the design that you create in your mind. Collet chucks are a must as is a Jacobs chuck, but the best tool you have is your imagination.
