My wife picked this up from someone that used to turn pens.

Just a mass produced pen. It's not a kit pen. I think the company who imported them was I-Mark who looks to have gone out of business. Probably dates back 15-20 years

That's pretty cool. Kind of like 50s retro modern stuff. I'd make a few of those if they were available as kits.
