I have been playing around with this design, trying to improve my techniques. I see a lot of videos where guys sand the 30 degree angles. I just added a 90 degree aluminum angle to my sled that is removable and cut everything on my table saw. I'm very happy with the results. Pen kit is the Cortona, I'm liking that kit more and more.

Very, very nice. The segmenting is well done and the choice of materials is also appealing. And, the attention to the dimensions for the top segment and the lower chevrons is a nice touch. Having the lower points match the end of the blank is great.

Thanks for sharing - a great pen.👏
