Kid's Section

Would a section just for kid's be something of interest? Buzz has kids that might post and show some work. Limit it to kids posting, have a couple people allowed to answer questions that they have, but try to keep it to the kids answering each others questions for the most part.

When looking at IAP, we have to define "kids" as over 13. From there, I suspect most anything is possible, but 13 is a magic number related to federal regulations on websites. I know this is important to Jeff.
