After pinching my finger, again, in a drill chuck key, I'm looking for recommendations for an MT2 keyless chuck for drilling blanks on my lathe. There seems to be a huge variety available online which is confusing so any recommendations would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Mark

I have a few Albrecht chucks that have given good service over the years. They're a bit pricey. The Rohm chucks we have at work for the Bridgeport clones seem to be pretty decent. Those are the only ones I have experience with.

I have Albrecht chucks for my metal lathe and milling machine but IMO they are overkill for a wood lathe. I have THIS chuck for my wood lathe and I'm VERY happy with it.
I'll throw in a second for the Precission drill chuck Rick noted. I've had one for many years now and have zero issues. Dead accurate, heavy and worth the money.
