I had been looking for a way to make a one off inlay pen as a donation. I contacted Ken at Kallenshaan and he was more than ready for the challenge of both the project and dealing with me as someone who had never done an inlay pen. He completed the design with nothing more than a picture I provided and stuck with me through completion as I peppered him with questions. I don't think I ever waited more than an hour for a return email.
