Kaleidoscope fail

This is a Kaleidoscope necklace from PSI, in satin chrome. As I was assembling it, the threads broke off one of the couplers. Very strange. Never had that happen before. I've made several of these with no problems. I sent PSI a message, hopefully they'll replace the coupler soon. This was going to b an Easter gift for my granddaughter.

In my experience PSI is excellent for resolving issues like this.

I would agree. They send replacements for any defective parts.

Agreed. I broke the glass on a steampunk kaleidoscope and they sent me a replacement.
