Did a little experimenting with cut-offs and some resin. Crushed a bunch of acrylics and poured a few blanks. These things were rock hard, maybe used too much catalyst. Hardest blanks I have ever turned, sharpening constantly. The small spots that look like holes are actually small chips and slivers of material in the blank, the overall blank is very smooth.
The first is a Guardian Jr. ordered by a client and the second is a Euro.
