I am sitting here babysitting my 1 month old granddaughter thinking about turning some pens when I thought about extending my thanks to everyone for their advice. I have learned alot from reading your posts. I also wanted to let you guys and gals know that if you are ever in my area (MAUI) I would like to meet you and say Hi.

I'm sure that I speak for most of us when I say that none of us would be where we are in penmaking without every other person on this forum sharing. This is a great group. I'm also sure that most of us would love to be where you are!
 
Perhaps next year, I'll bring some blanks to trade! My wife and I have vacationed in Maui the past two years, home sitting for friends in Haiku. But we likely will skip this year. I love Colorado, but could imagine myself wintering in Maui -- one incredibly beautiful place.
