I think almost all of those were done using a Canon 5DII with a TSE 17mm F4 L
Lens Free hand ..
Normally everyone tripods up for most TSE lenses . Gives a way different prospective .

I was using the Motorola Cell phone. Distance was about 4 inches. It was late afternoon and some cloud cover for natural lighting LOL!!
