A guy walks into a doctor's office and repeatedly screams,

The nurse runs into the doctor, who was with another patient, and asks, "What's wrong with that man?"

The doctor stops, listens to him screaming, and says, "Sounds like a bad case of 'irritable vowel syndrome' "
