Nice job! AA is very underrated in my opinion. I just bought a large qty of primary colors from CSUSA.

I start my sanding with regular sandpaper at 240 and go to 800. I then go to wet sanding with micro mesh starting at the 1500 and going all the way up to 12,000. It looks good after that but I always take my McGuire's plastic polish and do a quick polish.

No, I do all sanding and then a plastic polish on the lathe.
