Gary, Im trying to make sure the photos are not too big files...will experiment to see if I can enlarge and not get zapped by the mods!

Size the photos to 640 x 480. You should have no trouble betting one that size to under the limit.
You can get better quality plating on this pen if you buy it from Arizona Silhouette. On his site it is listed as the El Presidente, but it's the same pen.

If you optimize the pic, you can get a larger one to post without using anymore bits
