The blank I cast myself, it's Jungle **** cast in clear resin and the pen kit is a Dayacom Elegant Beauty in Rose Gold.
I thought the yellow in the feathers went well with this shade of gold.
Thoughts, comments and criticism welcome.

The Cricket roars in the thicket.

Golden moment when a plan comes through in the clearing of this jungle surrounded as it is by Cocker Spaniels in its colourful coat. The satisfaction of coating this pen yourself as you follow the worn path from the trees priceless.

I haven't seen that colour kit before, and your choice was spot on.

I only wish that I had the ability to use words, with the same elegance and poetic suaveness as our pwhay Australian member does, he amazes me constantly...!:eek:

I can see it now: a young lad walks up to your booth at a show, mother in tow. He points at this beautiful pen and says "What's that?". Pete, ever ready with his iPhone set to shoot video, records the event for posterity. A new YouTube legend is born.:biggrin:

Very nice casting, a beatiful result. I like the match with your kit. One of these days I will try casting.
