Does anyone know the OD of the Jr. Gent V2 tubes, and the sizes for the bushings/components? I did a quick search here, but found some conflicting info (for example, one post says one of the tubes is .4", the other says 4.0mm, with this later measurement seeming to be just a wee bit off). The pen kit reference chart on Yahoo! lists the Jr. Gent, but I'm not sure if it's the V2, and that chart only gives the bushing sizes.

I can tell you what the bushings are:

Top (larger): .460 ID .567 OD (both "ends" of the top are the same size)
Bottom end cap: .378 ID .480 OD
Bottom nib end: .378 ID .511 OD

I'm out of kits so I can't measure tube sizes for you, but see if
http://www.woodturnerscatalog.com/pdf/jr_gentlemens_statesman2.pdf
does anything for you.

Jim: That kit is not in my inventory and I haven't yet acquired that data for my Pen Reference Chart. But based on the drill sizes for the JGII and other kits for which I do have information, the 0.40" would be correct.

That chart on the Yahoo site has been around for quite a while and I suspect that those figures are for the original Gent and not Ver II.

If someone can measure up the JG II kit and answer Jim's question, I will add the info to my chart for future reference. I need a little more info that Jim needs.

Upper and lower tube lengths.
Upper and lower tube ODs
Bushing diameters-both the major and minor diameters.

Thanks for your help!!!
