Any chance someone out there has a nib coupler trim ring from a Jr. Gent, Rhodium non-posting Fountain pen? Got a kit with a piece missing and the vendor has no extra parts. To buy another kit will cost me almost $30 w/shipping and that doesn't get me anywhere. It's quite small so you could tape it to a small piece of cardboard and send it in a #10 envelope for a stamp or 2.

Was thinking some of you guys who modify pens might have one lay.ing around

If you happen to have one, I'd be glad to pay you for it and your time and postage. Just let me know how much.

I have a box of JG rhodium parts, and probably have the trim ring you're looking for. My shop is in Florida, and I'll be there next month. If you are still looking for the part, send me a pic of the part you need and the exact measurements. The box contains mixed parts from several JG versions, but all of them are rhodium.

Take a caliper and measure the nib bushing. I don't make the non-postable Jr Gent II, but if it is the same size as a postable (I suspect it is), I can possibly spare 1 or 2...... Hundred.

Let me know.

I have o chrome one coming from walshjp17 that I hope will be OK.

Smitty, thanks but I have Jr Gent 1's and they don't fit.

Penman1, thanks, if I need one I'll be in touch.

Thanks for the help you guys, hate to toss a $20+ kit.

I didn't think they would - I think the jr gent 2 is a little bigger.
