John Wayne's The Alamo Pen

Here is another pen I crafted yesterday using a cedar hitching post from the outdoor set of John Wayne's 1960 epic movie "The Alamo."

The cedar post was in pretty bad shape with a lot of voids due to weathering. So, I cut it up and cast it in blue resin to fill in the voids.

This is a ProX Art Deco pen kit.
