Hi peoples,
In between all the Resifills I made these last 2 weeks, and with the weather being absolutely marvellous, if you are a damn DUCK, I got a few other things done while I was waiting for the molds to get done on the pressure pot (I only have one pot) so, one of the things was this jewellery box I made for the wife were the idea was to show the beautiful pod I had inside the resin but, when I cast the 3 box blanks, I realise that I didn't have enough bottle bottoms cut so, I used the top half of one the the bottles cut, neck, cap and everything.
I never put much though in what I was doing so, I later realised that I had the pod upside-down to utilise the shape of the bottle top as the lid
Anyway, I decided to follow the mold contour and make a short version of a soft-drink bottle, including shaping the bottom/feet as a real soft-drink/coke bottle, unfortunately most of the pod was cut away, little was left of it but, that's OK the wife liked it...!:biggrin:
