Jet toggle switch

I have herd some people talk about this here before but has anyone replaces the on/off toggle switch on the jet 1014vs? I ordered a new switch for it but have not taken the old one off.

It's no biggie...on the 1014 VS you just open up the control box unplug the lug type connectors and unscrew the nut holding the switch to the plate. It's a ten minute job!

ditto that. very simple. i used a heavy duty toggle from radio shack. took 15 minutes (yeah, i'm slow).

Easy job, but be sure and unplug your lathe first.
