I have placed two orders online without results. Now 6 phone calls and 6 emails and 30 days later no results. Anybody else having issues with your orders from The Pen Wizard?

Sorry Newbie, The Pen Wizard who sells casting supplies, I ordered some PR to try pheasant feathers. My blanks have been sitting since I ordered pr on Nov. 19th. My phone calls go to voice mail and no responses from emails. Just want to know if I may orders are backlogged, backordered or unfillable.

At this point, it might be wise to alert your credit card company and find another dealer. You've been WAY more than patient.

No offense, but why in the world would you buy from someone that doesnt have a very big presence on here? Especially when there are guys like PtownSubbie that sell the same thing and are on here everyday for the most part? just sayin', not trying to lecture, well maybe a little.
