Just asking for thoughts and prayers to be sent to all those who have been affected by the earthquake in Japan, and the subsequent tsunami.

I live on Maui, I am a First Responder for the Airport. We had a 6' wave hit the Kahului side of the Island and a 9' wave hit the Lahaina side of the Island. It been a long night and day but we got through it with no loss of life and some property damage. Based on what I have seen and heard Japan got the worse of it. My prayers go out to the peopel of Japan.

Thoughts and prayers going out to those affected...

Last I heard, California had gotten about $10 million of damage. Japan definitely seems to have gotten the worst. Hopefully they won't have any trouble with the nuclear plants...
So far we haven't been affected much up here in AK. I haven't even felt any earthquakes...

Many prayers and thoughts for those affected by the natural disasters. I know we still haven't heard from many of our members from areas that were affected and hope this is just due to power issues.

I fear that Japan isn't out of the woods yet with all of the after shocks and since they just announced on the news that increased radio-activity has been monitored outside the nuclear plant now.

God's Speed.

Yep. And I wouldn't be surprised if other areas of the ring of fire starts popping off.

Hopefully all members that live in Japan are OK. Has any one heard from Chris Leadbeater in Ito City,Shizuoka, Japan?
