Japan Glass pens??

I came across this YouTube video and "A Japan Glass Pen" intrigued me so I watched it. Very interesting way to make a pen.

Many moons ago in Chicago during the hippie years, I watched a glass blower making a 3 masted sailing schooner.

Just don't drop it. Interesting video. Watched a glass crafter in Gatlinburg, TN once. Dozens of things on display. If you didn't see what you wanted, give him a few minutes to fill the order.

That is cool! It just goes to show you, that the sky is the limits when making pens.

Well; You can get ANYTHING on Amazon! So ordered a set of glass pens. The nib is grooved glass that sucks up a surprising amount of ink into the grooves and can write at least 1 line of ink without re-dipping the nib. You have to gently twist the pen as you write to bring a new "groove" into contact with the paper.
