Cindy had started a post the other day that I have not found again yet. She was asking about where the help is. Basically she had the feeling that the world is not coming to Japan's aid. I posted an optomistic reply that I thought that help was coming and mainly I was jsut hearing the news telling people where to send it. Sadly, yesterday I heard the first report that this is not true. They are starting to report that help just is not being offered on the scale that this disaster demands. One reporter commented that possibley the world sees Japan as an advanced and wealthy country and can handle it on their own. It breaks my heart.
