Good morning Boys and girls.
Here it is, Jan.1, 2017.
And here is the first PITH of the new year.​

As was posted, I ask you to tell me if you are willing
to ship your treasures overseas.​

Only those people posting so will be paired together.​

So from this moment on till Jan. 9, 2017
the sign-up here is open.
Get you blanks, kits, tools, and ideas together.​

Now, here is the extra fun.
The pens we make should be looked at in the way
of entries into the BASH next month.​

Consider this Practice for the contests.

Now if you make a wonderful pen and want to enter it,
HOLD ON TO IT !
And make another to swap.

Can we ever make to many pens?​

Grandpa? Grandma? Mom? Dad? Uncle?.....etc.
Now is the time to get the kids going.
DON'T WAIT.....They need to practice too.

Let them make a pen for themselves.
Or as a gift.
Build a memory with the future of the IAP.

We will have a deadline for all pens to be mailed.

I am in. Love the pith. I should be finally getting my lathe in the next week or so. Since I am in Italy, I will ship things overseas! Thanks for doing this.

As of right now........we have 25 players and only two from outside the USA.
Where are all the international pen turners at? How about a few turners from AU? Hey Europe,......calling you!

I really would like to see 50 pairings. That means the practice is working. And would love to get some of the 'experts' in trading also.


This isn't a contest people........skill level means nothing. All we are doing is trading pens and a few blanks. And with a little luck.........Making a winner for the BASH next month.

Come on people......lets double the number in the nezt 26 hours. That will give of a chance to hit that 100 mark this week.

I am watching and counting. (Gimpy, sending prayers for your family)
