At least I'm prepared. I still have 20$ bill Canadian from about 8 to 10 years ago when I used to sell up there.

Oh yea, I was just in time. The lid for the garbage can was on its way somewhere before I grabbed it. And you can't buy just the lid. I have tried.

That was yesterday over on the coast (tornadoes). I live across the river from Portland. I went to the store a while ago and it didn't seem too bad. I can hear it gust outside though. supposed to be over by 9 tonight. I haven't seen the news but I have seen some internet posts where Seattle is having a good time.
I think I will watch something scary on tv. :biggrin:

Blowing 25 to 30 here at the coast. just went out on the beach to get cold and wet. Looks like we might get a decent sunset in. Noticed one shingle flapping but I won't be able to get up on the roof til next weekend.

Yea, I think the storm kinda moved to the north a little, my lights didn't even flicker. Knock on wood. Look out B.C.

Actually when I was out, I did see a lot of casualties. Sooooo many political signs were down. What are we to do? :biggrin:

We don't have TV up here and are very happy with out it right now. Do a lot of reading and walking. Don't miss the election one bit
