Is there color wheel for the mica powders?

I was going to pick up a color chart at the other day, but it was for their paints. The colors didn't seem to match the hues of the powders. It had a lot of different names for basically the same color (5 different shades of yellow for instance). I didn't know how to relate this to the micas. Say for instnce I wanted to make orange. I could just pick any shade of red and yellow but I wouldn't a true image of what it was going to look like. I hope this explans it?

I don't think they make one for Mica. You just have to use a standard color wheel and just experiment to see what you get.....

The manufacturers don't have color wheels, but they do have charts.
Most of them guard their color formulas, but one of the companies I'm working with, has a huge chart and even offer the hot new colors for 2012.

You can get color mixing information all over the net. Use Google and see what informative reading you find.:wink:
