The new iOS7 version of my app - iGotCharts + Currency & Units Converter is now available for download from the Apple AppStore. If you got a copy via one of my redemption codes, you can simply download the update in the normal fashion.

If you did not get a redemption code last go-round, please post a request here or send me a pm and I will be glad to send you a redemption code so you can get a free copy. I can accommodate up to 40 requests.

Note that this new version requires iOS7 -- the UI interface has changed so much for iOS7 that it just isn't practical for me to include support for older OS versions any longer.

Notable new features are a Woodworking Charts category and a Drill Bit Size Converter. You can convert between Gauge Drill Sizes (A-Z & 1-107) inch (fractional or decimal) or mm sizes. Gauge Drill Sizes to inch or metric will be exact; inch or metric to Gauge Drill Sizes will be to the nearest Gauge Drill Size & the error will be shown if the conversion is not exact.

I hope you enjoy it and find it useful.

Thank you again Ed. I was fortunate enough to redeem a coupon code that you kindly provided. looking forward to the update.

Your code is on the way Ross - enjoy.

Sorry Andrew, but I only do iPhone & iPad apps.

That looks like a fantastic app! I am currently going back to school to finish my engineering degree and taking machinist calsses at the same time. What is this redemption code you speak of? (Ingore my ignorance, I am a new apple user - like two weeks new.) Does this code give you some kind of discount on the app or something? I'll be purchasing this app either way. I currently have a free unit converter, but the interface on it is confusing and not very intuitive. I bet I can generate some sales for you when I go to class tonight.

All requests up to this point have been sent a redemption code. If I missed anyone, please let me know.

If anyone else wants one, I still have some codes left.

Dave, it's a universal app, so it will work great on your iPad.

The app looks great Ed, would it be possible to get a redemption code? If there aren't any more available, I'm still going to get your products.

Ed, this is a great offer by you and would be really appreciated. I can see a lot of uses, especially the drill chart - I'm always struggling to find my printed one!
Thanks,
gordon

Thanks Ed, for opening the app to those of us that have gotten it. I see a lot of information that will be valuable to have on hand for quick reference.
Appreciate all your time in creating the app.

Thanks for the App both my Brother in Law and I have used a few time already. It is on both our iPads and iPhones very handy that way. Wish there was one for the iMac but I have the other twol

Thanks everyone for all the kind words posted here & by pm. A lot of work went into the app, but the end result makes it all worthwhile & I'm happy to share it with my friends here on IAP. It's a small way of saying thanks for all the encouragement, support & knowledge that I've received here.

I still have some codes left in case anyone else would like one.

Error or bug reports & suggestions for improvement are always welcome.

Downloaded and installed with out any hitches. Looks to be a great app and far more usefull than many other that I have dumped.
Thanks again and I will be telling anybody that I think can use it to check it out in the app store.
