ALL OUT! -- Thanks for your interest. Watch for a new thread when I have a new version available and can get more promo codes.

As a thank you for the warm welcome, support, & encouragement that I have received from the IAP community, I would like to give away 25 copies of my app: iGotCharts + Currency & Units Converter.

IMHO, it is faraway the best units & currency converter available anywhere -- smart phone or on-line. Just post a reply here that you would like a copy and I will send you a PM with a redemption code so you can download a free copy.

My apologies to those who don't use an iPhone or iPad, but I don't do apps for any other devices.

Ed - I wouldn't mind one...

I assume with units conversion, this may be of good use for those of use who use both metric and standard drill bits etc with our pen kits.

Sounds like it could be a handy app for this hobby. I would be interested in a copy.

The app should definitely be helpful for drill bit conversions. It supports conversions in decimal, fractional, and scientific notation. There's also some complex conversions (feet & inches for example). There's also a number of embedded Nut & Bolt charts that should be useful.

I welcome comments & suggestions for improvement as well as any additional charts that you might like to see added.

By the way - the app has full support for the Potrzebie system of weights & measures. Who says engineers don't have a sense of humor?

Be sure to read the documentation - this is not your ordinary units converter!

Ed, I downloaded your APP and could not be happier with the way it works. It contains a wealth of knowledge at my finger tips. Wow, what a great tool.

Can't thank you enough for the kind offer but I will. Thank you.

I still have 10 codes left at this time. I can get a few more, but Apple only allows a limited number of redemption codes per version. I'll get a reset on the count when I release a new version, but that will probably be a few months.

Your redemption codes are good for this and all future updates. Whenever a new update comes out, just click on Update as for any other app. You won't have to reenter the code.

Congratulations Jason, you get code #25.

However, for anyone else that might still like a copy of the app, go ahead and post your requests. Although I've used up this batch of codes, I still have a few left in my Apple quota for this version of the app. I'll see how many more requests come in by tomorrow and how many more I can accommodate on this go-round. No promises, but I'll let you know tomorrow.

Thanks for your interest and the great comments. I hope ya'll enjoy the app.

How about a drill bit chart for the next go around? Include metric, imperial and letter bits?
