Todd; A very interesting story to say the least. I watcked a story on TV last week about some woodworkers that use Redwood trees to make large objects. They bought a downed tree fron a private owner and used about a ten foot section. It took a buldozer all it had and then they ended up getting another to help push it out of the woods to a road. One dozer on each side to lift it high enough to back a flatbed under it. A twenty foot 2 man chain saw to slab off the ends. My point being that it takes a lot of men and heavy equipment to cut a slice that large off that tree, and you can't it in the trunk!! Jim S
