I'm looking for instructions for a Texas pen put out by lazerline. It's for ths Sierra modle. I can't find the instructions on their webcite.

Pen or pen blank?? If you mean pen you can probably use any Sierra instructions if you mean pen blank. Contact them. Constant is busy right now but will get back to you.

can't be much different than a Kallenshaan Texas pen kit:

glue in the star
glue the blue portion to the red/white...make sure to orient the white side to the top of the star
glue to the tube

I've got a Kallenshaan Texas kit at home, I'll type out the full instructions later.

Exactly the same assy. Also one of the easiest ones. As mentioned, just make sure which color goes up to match the actual flag. (white on top, red on bottom)

The instructions for the flag pen aren't here. As of right now I have to cut about 1/2" to make the wood and the tube length match. Am I that stupid???????????
