Inserting Pictures

Awhile back Jeff posted a thread or a post in a thread where he told us how to insert attachments within the body of the post rather than at the end. I would like to find that thread ---- anybody remember where it is or how to search to find it. I don't know what the name was or the right keywords for a search.

I've had to look for that post a few times. I don't use it very often, but when I do, I can never remember how it works.
