That is some beautiful work. What is the red material? Is that MOP too? Also, did you apply a finish to the MOP or simply sand and polish?

Thanks, Eric. No finish other than sand and polish. Red is acrylic.

It's a beautiful pen, but, I would have prefer that the cap was the same as the butt end of the pen. The four dots are fine, but personally, I would only have the one large one. But for sure, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the way you've made it.
