I need to know where refills(cartridges) can be bought other than online. (Berea fountain pens) I have tried Staples and they said they do not carry them. I need to tell buyers so they know where to get them. Thanks.

Keith, the replacement cartriges are called universal cartridges and can be found at many office supply stores. Your best bet would be to buy some from one of the many vendors here that sell them, brand names like Private Rreserve, J. Herbin and others .
Then you become your customers supplier.

That's what I do. I used to try and recommend a nearby office supply place but then realized two things. 1. They hardly ever carry cartridges or decently priced bottled ink. 2. I have tons of quality refills and bottled ink so why not recommend myself.
I always include one or two of my cards and tell them when they are ready for some quality ink to contact me. If a distance away, I'll mail them anything they want, if local they are welcome to drive over and shop in my little show room and actually try different colors and while there have a look at my latest pens.

Staples has both Parker and Waterman cartridges. You might look at them and compare with a kit refill, they might be the same.
For a small investment you can stock some Private Reserve refills and make a buck for yourself.
