Hi Bob:

1. The second document did not transfer to me in a readable format.

2. The disclaimer reads fine to me. I assume this is a form to be filled out by
anyone who comes through the doors. If so, a heads-up when we start the
registration process may avoid folks showing up and having an issue with
it (but I don't actually think this will be the case).

As opposed to the
past MPG's - with no protective screen, I think we can fabricate one similar
to what Hartville/Buckeye Turner's/North Coast Turner's are using. I'm sure
any of use can make this, but it might be a nice way to get other's involved
(I'm thinking of Joe Tisher (JTisher). He came a few times, and posts a
bit, and lists himself as a carpenter). Just a thought.

We're making progress!

OK So the Oct meeting is set for the 17th at Hartville, why don't we plan a meeting before or after to hash everything over and see where we stand

Sorry. I think you meant to meet before or after the regular mtg. I was never accused of being smart. Just for the h of it, what wpuld liability insurance cost for a 2 day event?

Why did we change our meeting time from 2 pm to 1? I will likely miss a lot of meetings as I have to work quite a few Saturdays.

No big deal but I am unlikely to be there when held that early.

Just let me know what you need and I will send it before the meeting.

Jason

nothing is set in stone yet, we can start at 2
I think I got 1 because Hartville said they would be ready for us at 1

Let's start at 2, I'll adjust the other post

Unfortunately I will miss the meeting. I am being dragged against my will to a wedding in Lodi.

Count me in for whatever needs doing.

OK guys, deposit paid, meeting room is secured. Now it's time to start promoting this thing.
BTW, Teknatool has requested that their name be prominently displayed on all advertising and promo material.
Can we get a flyer together soon, I don't have that ability any more.

Magic: By "Flyer" do you mean a paper copy flyer for local/mail distribution? If so, I can easily do that.

I can also do a similar/exact duplicate for online promotion, but that would need to be transferred to whatever sites used: Facebook, IAP, etc, and that is where my skills get fuzzy.

I've done lots on mailings/brochures/coupons for my business - just not much for internet formats.

Oh, I'm appointing me to be on Jeff's Committee (I'm his Quality Assurance Agent).
