Impatience

First pen in a while but have to admit it's good to be back in workshop.

Holly and black tulip veneer 360 herringbone on black mother of pearl kirinite. I was too impatient to make a pen I didn't put a clip on the cap and went for a simpler segment in the cap of Holly, Oak and black tulip.

I saw this when you posted on FB and it looked great there as well. Nice combo on everything. Well done. One of these days I have to try a 360 herringbone pattern. That has not been done in my shop yet. been meaning to give it a try. Thanks for showing.
