After being with my partner for 27 years I am getting married. It will happen this morning. The State of California has legalized gay marriages and it is a momentous event. I am happy and excited. :biggrin:
I will also turn 60 on Saturday and that is another momentous event. I just wanted to share this with all of you, who I consider to be a large part of my community. Have a great day to all of you.:cake:

Holy Cow, I don't know which would be worse - getting married or turning 60!!!

Congratulations also for achieving a milestone in the maturing process! :wink: Remember, you're not getting older, you're getting better! At least, that's what I keep telling myself and my soulmate!

Congratulations Cindy, may your future years together be even better. Turning 60 is a good occasion to do something important. I turn 60 next week Tuesday and I'm still trying to decide on what I can do to mark the occasion.....but I'm not expecting to think up anything that is quite so dramatic as you have planned.
