Electrician coming tomorrow to run power to my Mustard (aka Powermatic 3520B lathe). I've really been missing the beast since I got back to turning! Soon I'll be able to get serious!
Maybe I'd better clarify. This lathe is not new to me. I've had it since 2007. But the house we bought when we transfered back home didn't have 220 in the garage.
It really was, Bob! I got a chance to play with it for a few minutes yesterday evening. Sunday is family time for us, so no shop fun. But I'm off tomorrow and plan on putting it through some paces and get some simple turnings ready for a craft sale I'll be taking part in the next two weekends.
