Next in the review highlighting the holdings of The IAP Collection. And a nice introduction for newer members who were not here for the evolution of this ongoing project.

Pen #34 - This is a collaborative pen highlighting the skills of three artists:

The blank was constructed by William Presavage (ctEaglesc).
The components were crafted by Mike Redburn (MRedburn).
The turning/assembly was completed by Roy Roboldo (OKLAHOMAN).

The finished pen was specifically turned for the IAP Collection and donated by OKLAHOMAN.

Date Added to the Collection: 5/1/2015.

I will also mention, that I am open for requests for chapters/gatherings that would like for a display of the IAP Collection in 2021.

These IAP collection posts leave me feeling so inadequate. Something to aspire to!

I do understand, but you need to remember that all of these artists started out the same way - beginners! Some really extended their interests and skills, as many of us also do. In this example (#34), folks are still pondering "how" Eagle made the blank... Several possibilities, but I'll leave it at that 🤔 🤔 🤔 . I'll also throw in an added element here. This pens' threads will align the six inlays no matter where you start screwing in the sections; this is not Eagle's handiwork, but Mike's and Roy's. 👍
