It's not going to make it easy for you and drop dead. You'll have to pick the time of its demise. The inside of the curve is under compression so will likely be curly and the outside of the curve is under tension. I'm not sure what it will look like. If you turned some bowls you could get most of the grain flowing from one side of the rim to the other if the size of the bowl matched the growth rings. The corner where the tree is straight up will have some cool pattern in it and I would think the root at the trees base will be nice for bowls too. It will be wood that will fight, move and crack when drying. Traditional boatbuilders love pieces like that for frames and knees in the hull of the boat.
