A while ago I mentioned here that I had bought some pen blanks from a former member of IAP and hadn't received them. Well I got word back from Pay Pal today, that I had won the dispute that I had launched to get my $68.00 back. It was an easy thing to do, but I didn't know if I'd left it to late to complain. Because Pay Pal only gives you so long to launch a claim, after the deadline your sunk. I waited until the last day possible to see if the blanks would arrive before I acted. To say that I am pleased with the outcome, would not be an understatement.
