There isn't an asylum big enough to hold all the crazys in California.
Article I section 2...might not specifically state a right to vote but certainly impliesa preexisting right by way of establishing qualifications. Article I section 4 addresses elections....hard to hold elections without the right to vote.Just a reminder to keep this away from a discussion of politics...
But it's a good message - go and exercise your democratic right to vote, so that you then have the ethical right to complain if things don't go your way - democracy at it's finest!![]()

Actually there is no Constitutional Right to vote, just Amendment to not discriminate who can vote(Amendment #15, #19, and #26 cover this).
But I digress.... I voted, my guy won. Business as usual will still prevail I'm afraid.
