I have sand from various places I've visited around the world. I want it adhered to several tubes and cast in clear resin.

Can anybody here do it well?

Ive done pens using glitter in a similar fashion, not hard to do yourself but you will need to acquire some in tube molds. I found slimline not good for this, too little "meat" to the pen, preferred cigars and Wall Streets and the like for that.

I'd rather pay somebody who knows how to do it well. I don't care to invest in the equipment for something I won't do often.

There are several people in the pen turnings group on Facebook that may be able to help you. Do a search for Francisco Santana in the pen turning group.

I also have a tube of sand that I would like to have cast on a pen tube. Major significance to the Marine Corps. Your post has prompted me to seek someone skilled to craft the blank. If you find someone with whom you are satisfied let me know.
