The short explaination..
Bash participants who did not win in any of the contests they entered are automatically entered into The looser train drawing of left over donated prizes.

Thanks for explanations. This was my first bash. I had wanted to enter more pens but got so busy I just about didn't get anything made. So I am a two pen loser does that mean I get two seats on the train. My turning didn't win anything maybe random drawing will work better for me. BUT I had fun and am looking forward to the next competition.

Yes, even those of us who are such losers that we didn't even enter a single contest are eligible to ride the train, but you do have to request a seat.

Unless the rules change, even us "no entry" losers can still ride the train.
