I Hate the USPS

I really hate the USPS. For one thing they have lost 3 boxes that i mailed and now this. This is the tracking for i box of pen stuff. Now i live just out side of Grand Rapids MI. and TRAVERSE CITY, MI is 3 hours north of me.

Ever heard of FedEx or UPS? I'm sure they'd make you happier

I could never get my head around the postal services in America. You get the same item from two different people and when they quote you postage, there is a phenomenal difference.

I have always praised the Australia Post service for a speedy delivery system.
But now, I need to wonder if my praise should have been held back. A package of pens was posted on Tuesday 2nd February with a tracking number. Every day from Wednesday on, I have tried to track where my parcel is. Check out the latest pictures as to where my package is.

The truck has been in the same place for 4 days, so I am wondering if it has run out of petrol or broken down (picture 1). When I press the 'What does it mean In Transit or 'How Can I find A Missing Parcel' I get the same screen all the time (picture 2)

Why am i concerned, well, I deal with another trader in the same state and he does overnight service if you get the order in by 2.00pm. He uses the same Australia Post, but it is their courier side of the business.

So you guys over there are not the only ones that suffer with a terrible postal service. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
