I had some pizza delivered

Ok, so I had some pizza delivered. And when the delivery guy handed me his pen to sign the receipt, I noticed it was a satin slimline. I asked him if I had given him the pen and he said no, someone he delivered to last night gave it to him. All right, who lives in or near Vancouver, WA and had pizza delivered last night from Hazel Dell Megabite pizza?
