A few months ago, I had the privilege and pleasure of having Gary Nichols (Capt G) and his lovely wife, Vicki come to Houston for a visit. Some of you know that I donate some of my pens for auction at galas benefiting childhood illnesses and children's activities. For some of the pens, I get the blanks yearly from Gary and put them together with Emperor components.

This is one pen from the blanks Gary made this year. The number of parts he can put on a piece of carbon fiber is absolutely mind boggling. While he was here, he gave me a mini casting tutorial. Regards, Doc
