Defective Koozie

My package arrived today. The mug was in perfect condition. The pocket T-shirt is awesome and the sticker un-wrinkled.

I did have a big problem with the Koozie...... It had a huge hole in the top. I did a bit of scrounging around and was able to find a plug to patch it with. Problem solved...
