I got a little bored camping so when I got home I decided to build a portable lathe set up.

Is the lathe fasten down? Do you trailer it or just pull it behind the car?

Carbide tools no sharpening,yes bolted down and it goes in the back of my toy hauler motor home.

That make it very easy. Be sure to fasten that down tight......Don't need it rolling around. Now all you need is either a place in the woods to find some of natures treasure or a store with a big parking lot. :wink:

The cabinets were extra nut and bolt cabinets that I had at work. They fit perfect on the wagon. I then cut a slab from my sawmill that I used for the top.
